How do I rent a motorbike or e-bike?

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance, especially in summer and holiday seasons, to guarantee availability.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?

To rent a 125cc motorbike, you must provide:

✔️ A valid driving license:
Category A1 or B (if over 25 years old and held for at least 3 years).

✔️ A valid passport or ID card.

✔️ A refundable security deposit.

For e-bikes, only a valid ID is required—no license necessary! 🚴‍♂️💨

What are the rental rates?

How do I pay?

Yes! Every rental includes:

Yes, basic insurance is included. Additional full-coverage insurance is available for extra peace of mind.

Is there a mileage limit?

No! Enjoy unlimited kilometers on all rentals, so you can explore freely.

Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank?

• Motorbikes: Must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?

A late return fee applies if you exceed the agreed time. Contact us if you need an extension.

What is your cancellation policy?

🚀 Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
❌ Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, you can change your rental dates or vehicle (subject to availability). Contact us as soon as possible.

Are there any special traffic rules I should know about?

Yes, in Portugal:
✅ Helmets are mandatory.
✅ Driving on the highway with a 125cc is not permitted.
✅ No off-road riding.
✅ No riding under the influence of alcohol/drugs. (obviously)

What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

1️⃣ Stay safe & move to a secure location if possible.
2️⃣ Call us immediately 
3️⃣ If necessary, contact emergency services (112 in Portugal).

Do you provide recommended routes?

Yes! We offer customized riding routes for surf trips, scenic rides, and adventure tours. Ask us for a free map!

Can two people ride on one motorbike?

Yes! Our 125cc motorbikes are designed for two riders. Make sure to request an extra helmet when booking.
