What do I need to rent a vehicle? 🛵

For 125cc Motorbikes, you’ll need:

• ✔️ A valid driving license (Category A1 or B for those over 25 and with at least 3 years of experience).

• ✔️ A valid passport or ID.

• ✔️ A refundable security deposit.

For E-Bikes, no license required—just a valid ID and you're good to go! 🚴‍♀️

How much does it cost to rent? 💰

Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank? ⛽

Motorbikes must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Easy and straightforward!

What happens if I return the vehicle late? ⏰

If you return the vehicle later than the agreed time, a late return fee will apply. Need more time? Just contact us to extend your rental.

What is your cancellation policy? ❌

• 🚀 Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time.

• ⚠️ Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

Can I modify my booking? 🔄

Yes, changes are possible! You can modify your booking (dates, vehicle type, etc.), subject to availability. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Are there any special traffic rules I should know about in Portugal? 🚦

Definitely! Keep these in mind:

• ✅ Helmets are mandatory for all riders.

• 🚫 125cc bikes are not allowed on highways.

• ❌ No off-road riding.

• 🚫 No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs. (obviously)

What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown? ⚠️

Stay calm and safe: 1️⃣ Move to a secure location if possible. 2️⃣ Contact us immediately. 3️⃣ If needed, dial 112 for emergency services (Portugal).
